They had nothing but favorable comments and the hotel offers state rates that are within our budget during the off season. I want to take this opportunity to tell you what a pleasant experience we had at your hotel this past January 2004. From the site inspection through the completion of the program everything ran like a fine watch, as you assured me it would be. My client is not easy to please, nor am I. After 18 years as an independent meeting planner I am used to overcoming challenges but to my delight there were no challenges to overcome. The only hiccup we had during the entire meeting was taken care of by my Banquet Manager, without my asking. So many times we are at a property and we ask about something and are told, "That's not my responsibility". That never happened at the Hilton Naples . It is wonderful to work with empowered employees. As evidence of your outstanding performance the client booked his 2005 program there.
